Point of sale
Keyboard or touch, tuned to how the branch actually trades. Holds, returns, discounts, VAT, multiple payment methods, and a receipt that prints to the counter or a shared printer.
Stock and batches
Dated batches, expiry tracking, oldest-issued-first, stocktaking with gain and loss recorded as real movements, and a ledger you can reconcile line by line.
Purchases and suppliers
Record what you ordered, what arrived and what it cost. Supplier balances, part payments, and a cost price that follows the batch rather than an average nobody can explain.
Payments and credit
Customer and supplier accounts, credit sales, part payments and refunds — each one booked both sides, so a statement always reconciles to the ledger behind it.
Multi-branch
Each branch keeps its own stock, prices and staff, and reports into one owner view. Transfers between branches are tracked from dispatch to receipt.
Shift handover
A stock snapshot at shift change, per unit and per batch, with the difference between the two shifts calculated rather than argued about.
Reports the owner reads
Sales by branch, by staff, by item and by day. Stock valuation, slow movers, expiring stock, outstanding credit, and the gap between expected and counted stock.
Roles and permissions
You decide which staff can discount, edit a price, void a sale, change stock or see a report. Roles are built per business, not forced into somebody else's template.
Offline first
The till keeps working with no internet. Sales queue on the device, sync when the connection returns, and the app tells you plainly what is still waiting to go up.
Services and job cards
For businesses that sell work rather than goods. A job is booked, assigned to a technician, tracked through each stage to collection, and any parts it consumes come off the same stock as the counter. Screens use your trade's own vocabulary.
Production
Define a process once — what goes in, what comes out, and the tolerance you accept. Each run consumes its raw materials and creates finished stock on the same ledger, so the yield you expected and the yield you got are one comparison, not two systems.
Custom printing
Design your own receipts, invoices and reports rather than accepting a fixed layout. Assign a different template per branch or per document, and print to a counter roll printer or a shared Windows printer elsewhere in the shop.
Customer loyalty
Points earned and redeemed against rules you set, with a ledger behind every balance, so a customer's points can always be explained rather than argued about.
Backup and restore
If we host you, a full copy of your database is taken every day and held by us — you do nothing. For a shop running VERA on its own PC, scheduled local backup and one-step restore arrive in the next release.
Remote and on-site support
Most questions are answered the same working day over WhatsApp or a remote session. When something genuinely needs a person in the room — setting up a new branch, moving you off an old system — we come to you.
